  1. Sponsor:
    The Nevada Coin Mart Inc. Weekly Review Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Nevada Coin Mart Inc., located at 4065 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103 (“Sponsor”).
  2. Eligibility:
    Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18+ at entry. Employees, officers, directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family/household members are ineligible. Void where prohibited. Participants must comply with federal, state, and local laws, including Nevada’s consumer protection laws (NRS Chapter 598).
  3. Giveaway Period:
    Weekly entries accepted from 12:00 AM PST Monday to 11:59 PM PST Thursday. Drawings occur every Friday at 5:00 PM PST, starting May 27, 2025, until terminated with 7 days’ notice prominently posted on ncmreview.com’s homepage. Entrants are responsible for checking ncmreview.com for updates.
  4. How to Enter:
    Online Entry:
    a. Submit a review of Nevada Coin Mart Inc. on a designated site listed on ncmreview.com. Reviews must reflect the entrant’s honest opinions and experiences; no preference given to positive reviews.
    b. Take a screenshot of the review, showing content, username, and date.
    c. Submit screenshot, username, and valid email via the entry form on ncmreview.com.
    Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
    Mail a handwritten 3×5 card with full name, address, phone, email, and “Entry for Nevada Coin Mart Inc. Weekly Review Giveaway” to 4065 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Thursday and received by Friday 5:00 PM PST. One entry per envelope. No photocopied/mechanically reproduced entries.
    Entry Restrictions:
    • No purchase required.
    • One (1) entry per person per weekly Giveaway period (online or AMOE). Multiple entries, including deleting/re-submitting reviews, result in disqualification.
    • Online entrants may not delete/re-submit reviews for future drawings. Violators will be disqualified and banned from future Giveaways.
    • Entries must be original, truthful, and not violate third-party rights.
    • No bots or automated entries.
    • Online entries due by 11:59 PM PST Thursday.
  5. Prize:
    Prize determined by Sponsor, announced on ncmreview.com at least 24 hours before each weekly entry period. Prizes (e.g., gift cards, merchandise) vary, are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-exchangeable. ARV specified on ncmreview.com. Winners responsible for all taxes. For prizes $600+, winners must provide IRS Form W-9; Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC. Delivery subject to availability and unforeseen delays; Sponsor will act in good faith to fulfill promptly.
  6. Drawing and Notification:
    One winner selected randomly from all eligible entries (online/AMOE) each Friday at 5:00 PM PST at 4065 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Sponsor’s decisions final. Winner notified via email (or phone for AMOE) within 72 hours. If unreachable within 72 hours or non-compliant, winner disqualified; alternate selected. Prizes mailed within 14 days of verification, unless undeliverable, then forfeited; alternate may be selected.
  7. Odds of Winning:
    Depend on number of eligible entries received weekly.
  8. Conditions of Participation:
    By entering (online or AMOE), participants agree to:
    a. Be bound by these Rules and Sponsor’s final decisions.
    b. Grant Nevada Coin Mart Inc. an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display submitted reviews, screenshots, usernames (for online entries) for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited.
    c. Comply with federal, state, local laws, including NRS Chapter 598.
    d. For online entries, not delete/modify reviews to re-enter. Violators disqualified and banned.
  9. Liability Release and Non-Sue Clause:
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Nevada Coin Mart Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents (“Released Parties”) from all liability, claims, actions for injuries, damages, losses related to Giveaway participation or prize use/misuse. Entrants waive rights to sue Released Parties for Giveaway-related claims, except where prohibited by law. Entrants are encouraged to contact Sponsor to resolve disputes informally before legal action. Disputes resolved individually, no class actions, in state/federal court in Clark County, Nevada.
  10. Limitation of Liability:
    Released Parties not liable for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete entries; (b) technical failures (internet, server, email); (c) unauthorized intervention; (d) injury/damage from participation or prize use. Sponsor may cancel/suspend/modify Giveaway due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors impairing integrity, with no liability.
  11. Taxes and Compliance:
    Winners responsible for all taxes. For prizes $600+, Sponsor issues IRS Form 1099-MISC. For travel prizes, Sponsor complies with Nevada “Sellers of Travel” rules, if applicable.
  12. Privacy:
    Personal information used only for Giveaway administration and winner contact, unless entrants opt into marketing. No sharing with third parties except as needed for Giveaway or required by law.
  13. Governing Law:
    Governed by Nevada law, without conflict of law principles. Disputes resolved in state/federal court in Clark County, Nevada.
  14. Winner List:
    Request list by sending self-addressed, stamped envelope to Nevada Coin Mart Inc., 4065 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103, within 30 days of drawing.
  15. Nevada Requirements:
    • Complies with NRS Chapter 598 (deceptive trade practices).
    • For prizes over $5,000, Sponsor complies with any registration/bonding requirements.
    • Prizes awarded within 30 days of verification, per Nevada law.
    • Rules available on ncmreview.com or by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor.
